Stars are made of many corners, with fewer corners there will be fiewer stars. The point? Don't cut corners.
The first cut corner was the bread, in previous visits it was a great, fresh inhosue bread. This time the bread was stale, and looked like stanrd slices from a bag, which we were also charged an extra $1.50 for since we were nnot told one came with our salad.
The next cut corner was the mango salad, the mangoes had that freezer taste and were a bit mushy. I understand some ingredients are seasonal so maybe the menu should adjust.
The pizza, is the shining star as it should be. The margarita pizza, with the amazing sauce that is not sweet, thin and crisp crust and melted but not overpowering mozzarella was great. The real lesson, come for the pizza not the other stuff.
