  • Donuts are always tasty and usually drinks are fairly consistent. However, management clearly is not very skilled as the service has never improved regarding speed or attentiveness since opening. I'm frequently mischarged (usually ending up in my favor so I don't complain), orders are often incorrect and need to be remade, and employees and especially managers are indifferent. Even when a pleasant employee is hired, shortly thereafter they become just as uncaring as their managers. Inside is always freezing, but luckily there is a nice patio. Inside also is echo-y and loud and not relaxing. The bar area between outside and inside is always filthy. Parking lot is a nightmare during busy times. If you want a tasty donut and drink, then you'll get it...but just be prepared to wait.
