  • I spent 1000 dollars there and got very poor service. It took me walking in a second time to even be approached. The man who helped me was very nice and apologetic for the chaos. The tailor barely took any time to look at my suit. I didn't have a choice as I needed a suit that fit asap for a funeral. Upon my pick up that they gave me, I learned that this was the busiest day of the year because it coincided with prom. They should have given another time so that I didn't have to wait for 45 minutes to try my suit on. I'm sure each employee is wonderful, but the way the store is run is piss poor.
