I was interested in a new Subaru so I decided to go to Peoria Subaru because of how close it was to my house. WORST DECISION.
When I first got there, there were about 4 salesmen standing there just talking as I waited for someone to help me. I walked around the lot and showroom a few times just to give them a chance to help me and nothing happened. So I finally approached a salesmen to get some help and he wouldn't help me until I told him what car I drove. At this point he told me to go talk to them inside for help. So I went inside and they told me to go outside if I wanted help. DO THEY NOT WANT TO MAKE MONEY HERE?
Then I spoke to the Manager CHRIS DONEVSKI and he offered me a water bottle for the inconvenience. So I continued to explain to him how his staff did not want to help me. Chris then told me that he refused to apologize because he had already given me a water bottle to make up for it. After that he told me the most shocking thing I've ever heard a car salesmen say, "IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE WAY WE ARE HERE JUST LEAVE AND BUY A CAR FROM SOMEONE ELSE". I went there to buy a car and I guess they didn't want my money. AVOID PEORIA SUBARU AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Go to a different Subaru dealership or just avoid Subaru in general.
