  • I have been coming to this one stop a couple times a week and have never had any problems with my order when there are 2 employees here. I don't know their names but they are always friendly and attentive to orders. However today I went in at 9 am and received the WORST SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER! When I made my order I had asked for all the items I had wanted. When he came back with the drink, it was almost white when it should have been an peach/ pink color. I had brought it to his attention and his response was "it's the same, taste it". Clearly this drink had more protein and not enough fruit. --a completely different taste and texture from what I had asked for. The manager acted with extreme aggression raising his voice to say "I made you exactly what you asked for! I don't know what Effrin made you last time or if it had icecream but this is what you ordered!" After a few minutes of questioning him, he admitted to adding 2 heaping scoops of protein and MADE ME PAY a second time to get what I had ORIGINALLY ORDERED. I feel so bad for those employees who have to work with such an uncooperative and egotistic boss.
