| - My car was hit in the back and their insurance sent me to Gerber Collision and glass. I am beyond blown away by the customer service and by how fast they fixed the back bumper on my SUV. I walked in and it was so clean, nice sitting area with a water/coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. The receptionist greeting me with a smile and I filled out paperwork which wasn't long, and I was greeted by Sata, who is a claims adjuster. She was so friendly, extremely throurough and walled me every step of the way. Her customer service was PHENOMENAL! You can tell she really cares about her customers. Another gentleman (I forgot his name ) joined her and he was amazimg as well. Fantastic customer service. I was told it would only take a few days to fix and they were 100% correct. I received emails specifically letting me know the status on my vehicle and I also received phone calls from John, the General Manager. I see why everyone has such great customer service, because it starts from the top. He was fantastic and extremely appreciative. Hands down the best few days of customer service I've ever had. I got my car back, and my back bumper looked even better than before. Their work is outstanding! So beyond Happy!
Also, during the time I was without my car, I had a rental car from enterprise which is within the same building. How convenient is that?! The customer service from enterprise was PHENOMENAL as well!! Super friendly and everything was so quick, but very throurough.
Again, such an amazing experience. They made a stressful situation into something so positive and relaxing. 100% highly recommend them!
