  • BEWARE!!!!!! I'm disappointed to write such a review after going to this place for over a year now. My husband and I were clients and brought a lot of people to this place. Two days ago we went again and during the massage, my gold necklace interfered with the masseuse so she asked that I remove it and she handed me her little yellow basket to keep it. We left, and the morning after I realized I never took my necklace back (since the basket is by the masseuse the whole time, she usually would hand me my jewelry right after the massage but this time we both forgot about it). What hurt me the most is the action taken by the owner when I called, or more appropriately, NO ACTION! First she quickly dismissed me and curtly said "they don't have it anymore" without even investigating the situation. I pressed further that this happened only yesterday, that it was placed in THEIR box and that means THEIR people were the only ones in possession of it. After hearing my explanation of the event and the sentimental importance I had to the necklace, her only response was to hurry me off the phone with a seemingly idle promise to "look into it and call me back". Two days later, and she has still never called me back. I've been trying to call them to follow up, and now they don't even answer my calls. I guess it's good it happened now so I know what kind of people they are.
