Went for dinner on a Friday night at 8 pm.
The restaurant wasn't crowded and we were seated right away.
I read all the bad reviews about Pinot Brasserie so I was a bit worried but we received excellent service from not only our server but also the rest of the crew!
I ordered the french onion soup as an appetizer and it was one of the best I have ever had! It wasn't salty and it was packed with lots of flavor!
For the entree, I ordered the scallops (had them cooked to medium) and they were perfect! It came with a side of lentils that were cooked with ham or bacon and it was good but I'm not a big fan of lentils so I left most of it. Husband ordered the rib-eye and it was also cooked to perfection.
For dessert, we split the creme brulee and it was lacking the vanilla bean taste...tasted more of just eggs.
Overall, it was a good experience!
