  • Poor service. I walked in as the sign said walk-ins were welcome. I was sat down in one of the pedicure chairs by the woman that greeted me. I kindly asked before she sat me down if they were able to do the pedicure right then as I was in a time constraint for another appointment. She said yes then I sat there for 10 minutes or more. As I waited for her to come and do my pedicure she greeted another customer that came in as a walk-in asking for a full set of nails. She then sat her down and started to take care of her instead of me. I felt that she was choosing the other customer as it would be a higher dollar appointment for her. I was disappointed. I still waited and was told that I can get the pedicure without a massage. At that point I just decided to leave.
