  • I have held the highest level FastPass for more than 2 years now and never really had a problem until I moved to Chandler. This location by far is the worst. I've gone here 4-5 times now and each time there is something missing/wrong. First time there was no soap... my car was cleaned with just water. As you'd expect my car didn't look clean. The next time there was no soap again and no tire shine. Not acceptable when I'm paying for the highest level of their monthly membership. last 2 times there was soap but no tire shine AND the blowers didn't work!!!!!!!!! My car was still drenched with water. The attendant yesterday told me to go through it one more time. It usually happens 1 out of 100 cars. I went through again and same thing! He offered me free terry cloth towels. Each time there was a line of cars that were complaining of the same thing. You guys really need to get it together. Oh and don't expect for them to be opened at 7am as the website says it is. I drove by 2 times before work at about 7:10-7:15am and they still weren't opened.
