From a "does the product work" standpoint, it's a 5-star review.
From a customer service standpoint, it's absolutely not close. We started out with great service - we always received a text letting us know about our upcoming appointment, the technicians were fantastic, and we were happy!
Once we moved, it's like we're dealing with an entirely different company. Our initial appointment at our new home was horrendous, so much so that a different tech had to come back out and joked that the original tech left our garage looking like a "haunted house" with all the cobwebs.
Two months ago, I had to call and ask when we'd be getting service again, as we did not receive our usual text message.
Here we are again, due for our next appointment, and I've just had to call today to ask the same thing. It's at least a week, if not two, overdue, and we're starting to see bugs in the house.
I can see based on other reviews left recently that I'm not the only one dealing with this. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm hoping it's sorted out soon, because this would have been a five-star review had I written it in earlier in our contract.
