  • Me and my mother walked into this place excited to get a 30 minute massage and a facial for my wedding coming up. We walked in and they said that my appointment for tomorrow, I said no it's not it's for today at 6:30, they told us to come back then cause they were with someone and we were early. So we waited in the car till 6:20 and walked in and waited till 6:45 and the girl came up to me and said we will take you for the facial now. I asked her if my mom is getting it at the same time as me and she said that it was only booked for one person and we are closing so we can't take her. It was complete bullshit cause I told her over the phone that it was my mother and me coming Wednesday at 6:30. I spent $49.00 each for these on groupon to drive 40 minutes to have them forget about the day and my mother. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and they call them self a spa!!! If you could give no stars I would!
