| - We are known here for our excess and opulence in everything- our dining is no exception, as you'll see if and when you go to Bacchanal.
It's the newest and largest buffet here at the strip, beating out even the highly praised Wicked Spoon over at the Cosmopolitan, also fairly new and was the first in town to incorporate the tapas-style buffet.
Great interior, great service, great everything. The ONLY thing that separates the Bacchanal from the Wicked Spoon is that the Wicked Spoon has more 'chef-conceived' dishes, unique to itself and undefined by a cultural cuisine. Bacchanal has your regular items respective to major world cuisines, just made very well with very good ingredients.
Soft, soft wagyu beef sliders, soft char siu bao, the biggest selection of prepared meat I have seen, tuna/salmon poke salad with the squishiest and freshest fish; everything is just amazing.
Only downside is that it IS expensive, but is much, MUCH worth the money versus the buffet at the Wynn or Bellagio.
If you have to eat only at one buffet in our city, it must be this one.
