  • I have been going to nova for months and while they aren't the cheapest I assumed they used quality materials. Recently I dropped off a suit with a skirt and jacket and got back only a jacket. When asked Nova about my lost skirt they denied it and blamed me. I'm shocked and appalled as they didn't even pretend to look. They just kept saying that this is their business and they don't lose things.
