  • I have been here twice for their 1 hour gel manicure and got polar opposite experiences. The first time was amazing - the ladies helped me pick colors with letting me try swatches on my nails, were patient and acted like they cared about me. I felt very pampered and was excited to come back, as well as I tipped them. The next time I came, I felt rushed to pick my color and the lady doing my nails was colder towards me. The whole manicure was rushed and only took 30 mins as oppose to the 60 mins I paid for. I also needed to wait for my ride to come pick me up, but because the other client at the time already left, the ladies went to the back of the salon and I was left alone at the front. I did not tip this time and I am considering not coming back. The second experience alone makes me want to give this a 1 star but will give 2 for the first time and the quality.
