I received a call from the restaurant manager today (ironically, at the same time my bestie and I were discussing the incident) about my review. She wanted to assure me that Hy's treat all diners with respect and would never judge anyone in any way. While I do not want to add anything else to my lunch incident, I appreciate that Hy's actually takes time to read customer reviews and take them into consideration. We were also invited to have lunch at the restaurant again where it was unexpected, but definitely appreciated. Thank you Hy's for standing behind your reputation for exceptional customer service.
