  • I want to start off by saying that they do not deserve to get any stars from us. Me and my husband like to give small business a chance, but that was our first mistake. We have never ever had to deal with such bad service poor movers, the stress this has caused me and my family has made me resort to filing a complaint aganist this company. I cant even begin to start how frustrated we have been with them. On the phone they sold us, made it seem so simple and so easy going- I mean even their website states they are here to make this as stress free as possible. Well I call Bull S*** on that. They are never quick to call you back, once you pay them, they ignore you and give you round about days of when they may pick your stuff up. They have you sign a contract via email of what you will be charged. Then we get the movers to come and they tell us, oh we need you to sign a new contract, the guy looked around and said all our stuff will weigh more than what we signed(even though we had 5 different compnaies and actually physically come to our home and gave us estimates that were way lower than what eli trucking stated to us) then the movers told us that set of staires were not in the contract(even though they were, after we relooked at the contract) and said that he would not say anything to his mgr about it if we gave him $100 tip. So stupid us gv the tip thinking that maybe it really was nopt in the contract- but after reviewing the contract after the movers left, we saw it was there. When I called the persone we were working with(keith) he stated well it was a tip- NO IT WASNT A TIP, why would we tip now and not at the end. then we were promised that we would have our stuff before the holidays- well they picked our stuff up 12/10/12 and today is 01/09/13 and they just called us to tell us they will be late- but will drop our stuff off no later than saturday... WTF are you serious!! What happend to b4 the holidays? then we get told we would be compnmesated for all the days they didnt arrive- but technically speaking they had till 01/09/13 to deleiver our stuff. then they tell us to have the full amount owed ready to the frivers when they deliver, no more than hour- and for any time over the hour we dont get the money to them, they will charge us $95 for each hour it takes- we ask keith, well does that same role apply to how long it took you to deliver our stuf? of course no response- besides a generic email stating they will compensate us, but not till 30-90 days after we already pay the full amount??? how the hell does that work? how am i going to pay you full amount and then wait to be reimbursed? but again we are still waiting to get an answer- this has been the worst exepriance ever and we still have tio wait to see how they deliver our items. they will get BB complaint
