  • I am very happy with the customer service I received related to my refrigerator repair. I was able to get a next-day appointment to diagnose why my refrigerator stopped cooling. The technician, Bob, was very professional and explained what was wrong with the refrigerator and the cost to fix it. He also told me that parts needed to be ordered to make the repair. Thanks to Vincent, from the parts department, for expediting getting the parts ordered as one of the parts had to be obtained from the factory; otherwise, I would have been without a refrigerator for over a week. Due to Vincent's help, it was only a few days. When the parts arrived, Bob fixed the refrigerator and everything seems to be working well now. I was very pleased with the service I received throughout the process, including scheduling of the repair. I would definitely use this company again for my appliance repair needs.
