  • They used to be a lot better with their old staff. Now it seems as though they are in a rush to get you in and out as fast as possible without making sure that your nails are even half decent. I had nail polish on the sides of my nails that the lady doing my nails didn't even wipe off, she glued one of my nails on and made a mistake and ripped it off because it was the wrong size (hurt really bad). My nails sincerely didn't look good, I asked for oval she made them square like. It felt as though the ladies working there were talking about me The whole time because as soon as one lady said something the other would look down at my shoes at the same time the lady working on my nails would too. It was just a bad experience. They messed up my eyebrows once the last time I went and told me that it was fine. They were completely uneven. After that experience I stopped going! Save your money and stay away.
