TNT carries a lot of brands that Barneys does but the customer service is absolutely deplorable.
Letter to the staff: If I am going to buy a beautiful but grossly overpriced sweater, can you at least attempt to make the interaction decent and cordial? This would not have to be too drastic a leap; it would involve initiating some kind of greeting and perhaps throwing in a 'thank-you' or 'goodbye.'
Sigh.
