  • About two months ago, my dad took our dog (border collie) and his to Prestige. Since it was our dog's first summer in the Phx heat we asked that he be cut quite short. He came home looking and smelling quite nice. I went again today and was pleased that I could make a same day appt. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk was polite but seemed to be a little busy with other things while checking my dog in. She had me sign paperwork and provided a quote and estimated time of pick up before I left. About 4 hours later she called to say he was ready for pick up. The pick up process was quick and easy. Our dog looks great. My only concern is they didn't cut his tail as short as I would have liked but it's not too bad.
