  • my wife has been seeing kristen b. rojas at meadows for a couple of years and dr k rojas seems to be amazing as far as my wife is concerned. stops there! the staff does not do what they are instructed to do by doctor rojas. refilling a prescription is like trying to get into the united states without a passport. i dare you to try and call and speak to someone real time. save yourself from the hours and days and recently weeks of frustration with office staff vs the 12 minutes of a doctor's office visit. another issue was my wife was waiting to get blood work done and after 30 minutes and multiple trips to the reception desk, the lap tech had gone to lunch. not enough room nor time to detail the lack of professionalism of the staff. really sad to be so big yet so unorganized. dont do it! save yourself. husband and friend to my wife! jim
