  • My husband recently bought an i3 from Beemer Haus with the salesman's emphasized selling point being "because it's electric, you'll get the special cloud plates that allow you to access the HOV lane!" (My husband actually traded in a leased car early just to get this benefit.) Well, the i3's plates just came in the mail and the salesman's statement was patently false. Turns out, the program with those plates was discontinued in AZ. But this means a difference in my husband's commute time from thirty minutes to an hour and a half. And Beemer Haus couldn't care less. They completely absolve themselves of any responsibility for their salesperson's false statements and will not do a thing to reverse the transaction. Buyers BEWARE!!
