  • I've used Valentina a few times in order to give her the benefit of the doubt. We all have days when we're just not as friendly but she has been gruff and downright unpleasant each time. Today, while I was trying to help my friend decide on pant leg length, Valentine snapped saying, "If you are going to touch this, I will not do tailoring. You are not a seamstress. I am seamstress." Wow. That is not the kind of experience you want to have. She is technically proficient but her lack of basic politeness is why I chose to have my tailoring done elsewhere. It's a shame too since I work downtown. Dorina at Parma Tailoring and Gold Star Tailoring are both fantastic and really friendly.
