I have to echo several other recent comments - Heist's beer selection is on POINT! I tried the cafe de saison (coffee and saison? what? so good) and also enjoyed both IPAs on tap. It's hard to stand out in a world full of IPAs, but their Thirst is worth trying and then going back for again.
Having only been here for brunch before, I was excited to try Heist's acclaimed small plates menu. The lobster mac and cheese was REALLY good. It had true, thick, tender, lightly fried lobster pieces atop a bowl of cheesy goodness. Also, my hard-to-please dad couldn't stop raving over his pork belly tacos.
Overall, I like the space and vibe of Heist. It's nice and open, but the food prices are a little too high to make this a go-to spot. Keep up the good work on the taps!
