  • I had the absolute worst experience at this location. Please save your self time and pain and just don't go here. The lady at the front desk didn't speak a lick of English she had a very heavy Foreign accent which wasn't the best to walk into especially because it was very hard to distinguish what on earth she was saying. Not to mention I thoroughly ran through the "fine print" of the reservation it clearly stated a debit OR a credit card is to be present with another form of ID which I had, I was also prepared to take an up to 200 dollar authorization hold which was clearly stated in the print but was not mentioned whatsoever. I heard nothing but you're 23 and you don't have a credit card I can't rent to you. Seeing as I rented just fine from Hertz last year I can't see why this would be a problem. as well when I left i was disgruntled, as any customer would be in this situation. I took my cards swung the door open above average speed and the lady started yelling and shouting at me to" not do that" ? Shortly after this ugly white haired dude ran out side to mean mug me and say nothing to me, hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Come here only if you want to be turned Down a reservation and have your plans ruined. bad bad business I'm appauled. I have never wanted to give an establishment less than one star and boy is this place deserving of none.
