| - I've been coming to this gym on a regular basis for a month now and I'd say I'm fairly satisfied with the gym, overall. The place is really big and spacious. They have a swimmig pool, a spin room, a yoga room, a basketball court, a juice bar and a kids korner. They have both a sauna and a jacuzzi in both the mens and womens change rooms. For the most part, they have at least two of the same machines so you don't usually have to wait to use it unless you go during peak hours. The nice thing about the set up of the gym is that they have all the cardio machines at the front of the gym, followed by the machines, and free weights towards the back of the gym. Each machine is lined up according to the body part you want to work out, which makes it really easy and helpful for those who don't really know how to use the machines or unsure of which machine works what body part. Another added bonus to this gym, is that they have a 'Ladies Only' workout room so the ladies of the gym don't have to feel like they're being creeped at while working out, or if they just want a little more privacy. There are a couple things I'd like to point out as to why I didn't give this LA Fitness a better rating. One, being the bad customer service they have here. Most of the time, when I come into the gym, there is no one at the front desk. When you call the gym, they always put you on hold or they hang up on you and never tend to pass on messages. In addition to all this, the operations manager was extremely rude on the phone. The second reason I can't give this location a better rating is because the change rooms are always out of paper towels and the change rooms are somewhat filthy with hair all over the floor. Other than that, I can't really complain because the gym is close to home and I'm mainly there to work on my fitness.
