  • My daughter and I have frequented your nail salon for over 2 years. We have never received any credits based on your credit system. We were charged $49.00 for chrome nails that your stylist said she could do, but she only made a mess of my daughter's nails. We returned the next day, only to have Katie, one of the owners tell my daughter that "she would fix it this time only." She didn't fix anything. She applied gel polish, but not the $49.00 nail service we had paid for. Their receipts never indicate what services you had, allowing them to charge whatever they want. I recently had a pedicure and manicure by Nancy on May 19, 2017. I had a bad experience with Nancy before when she cut my nail too close causing it to bleed. I wanted a simple pedicure and I received the worst experience of my life. Nancy put so much pressure on my legs that I told her she was hurting me. I'm still in pain, at the time of this review. What made this day even worse was watching Katie make fun of a man outside the salon by referring to him as an ape and making ape sounds and gestures while the other stylists laughed. What an awful salon. My daughter and I will not be back.
