  • I was here last week and the poor girl serving me had a long line, and she was the only one working. She was handling the stress well but gosh people get at least two employees working... Overall customer service would be better equaling more sales. Plus you'll probably have a bathroom break and a lunch break! Subway is time to think from the customer's point of view.
