  • This place has been awful since the day I moved in. The only good thing about the apartments are the renovations. Other apartments around the area don't have the granite tops or updated appliances. At least for the price I'm paying. Bad: -office communication. I received a flyer stating that if I renewed by the 17th I could get my same rate plus $100 off next month's rent. I went in the office on the 15th to discuss some options and the lady confirmed the flyer information. I came in the 17th and was told that I had to renew by the 15th to get my same rate. After complaining, she said I could get the same rate but not the $100 off unless I had the flyer. Ridiculous. (Note the only reason I renewed the lease was because I am paying $650 a month which is an unbeatable price for the area). -gym. Has been under renovations for 9 months. I went into the office to get a complimentary gym pass and they told me they didn't have any. So, I Had to buy a membership somewhere else. -water. Gets randomly shut off. Had happened over 10 times within the year. -security. Parties at the pool until 3:00 a.m. Every night in summer months. Security does nothing to stop them. My boyfriend has to go and tell them to be quiet. Also, management completely took off the gates to the parking lot. -maintenance. They came to fix my ice maker. I still have no ice. -unprofessional. When I went in to renew my lease the whole office was talking about getting lunch. I'm sorry but I have no interest hearing about your carne asada fries while you are telling me I need a flyer left on my door a month ago to renew my lease. Overall, unless management changes do not live here.
