  • I have been getting my hair done for years, I know what a blow out is and a round brush. THE FACT this artist seemed like she knew what she was doing and was trusting her judgement I disliked the fact 1. She teased my hair as if she was razoring the hell out of it. 2. It's the fact she had to tease my hair instead of putting a voluminous serum and just round brushing it out. I know what I want and instead of listening to her customer she insisted what she was comfortable with. I'm sorry to say, two thumbs down.
