  • I've been a long time customer of this business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I came in last Sunday for a pedi. Cindy, Sang, their father, and an older lady was there..she has black hair, and a bob hair cut (possibly Cindy and Sang's mom). This older lady did someone's pedi, and she only used the warm towel that they use after your pedi to wipe out the foot bath. She then put a "fresh" towel on top of the tub ready to do her next client. She did not sanitize whatsoever. That really grossed me out. If you would do that right in my face, what do you do behind your client's backs? You all really should invest in those plastic tub liners if you are too lazy to clean those foot baths. They also did not use a new toe separator when polishing nails after the pedi. That was the last straw. I can not in good faith return to a place practicing this type of behavior!
