I would come here a lot to chat with friends and enjoy there nice atmosphere. This last visit I brought my family and a couple family friends. I wanted to show them how amazing I liked their desserts and coffee.
Then this happened... :(
This is what killed me, we brought in an ice cream cup from the shop next store because I also recommended them. The waiter came up and was super rude about us having ice cream from there. Idk how many of you out there are about family, but to even come off the wrong way to my family will automatically burn a bridge. We literally all bought a drink, to go macaroons and a few honey toasts to share. Literally the highest spending customers per person in there at that moment. Don't get me wrong, if that's your policy then enforce it, but in a friendly manner. Remember this is a service industry so rude service will never be forgotten and it will reflect you.
After we left, we were talking about the ice cream cup we tasted and walked back to get a bigger one to go. When we walked into that shop, the lady heard us mention serenades rude enforcer. She said, their customers always bring drinks in their place. Never says a word because it's supposed to be like family in the same plaza. Keep them stopping in every spit, it's all love.
So serenade, lose the ego and pride. Your neighbors are winning with love ahahaha.
