  • I had a terrible experience. I went in because I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck and shoulder. It had seized up. I have seen many different RMTs over the years and told the RMT repeatedly that I needed deep pressure. I kept thinking she was just getting warmed up but as the hour long session came to an end it became clear that wasn't the case and she would only be applying light pressure. I spoke to the manager who was not helpful at all in righting the situation. I left the office still in excruciating pain but having wasted $100 and an hour of my time. I would not recommend using their services. They are a waste of money
