Great service department! I've always had bad luck taking my truck anywhere and always prepare for the worst when they've finished troubleshooting. However, I've had nothing but excellent customer service and treatment by Ed and his team at Yates. I have a new Sierra HD that I took to Big O to have a nail taken out of the tire, thought nothing of it until they came out with a tire that had obviously been damaged when they (Big O) took it off the rim. They blamed the dealer (GMC) saying since it had less than 16,000 miles it had to be a mistake made at the factory. Complete load of bs, tire wouldn't have lasted 10 miles let alone 16,000. They wouldn't take ownership of the mistake either. Called Yates/GMC to have them look at it just in case as I fully expected to fork over the cost of a new tire. GMC said it couldn't have driven 16,000 mikes like that and it wasn't a factory issue. They then called the owner of Big O to look at their floor footage from security cameras, Big O said they'd send the footage over that day. Two days later, no footage and they avoided our calls at Big O. The service manager (Ed Trueblood) told GM of the issue and they not only gave me a used spare while they ordered a new tire, but also paid for the new tire! Above and beyond in my opinion. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
