The Draft Room provided the worst service anybody in my group of 5 had ever experienced. We had a reservation set to sit on the balcony for a Saturday night game at 7:10. We showed up about 20 minutes early and confirmed our reservation and they explained to come back at the start of the game to be seated. We showed back up at 7:05 and found the hostess stand to be a complete nightmare. Nobody knew what was going on or where to seat people. If you asked them to confirm a reservation they just stared at you blankly and wouldn't even respond. When they finally said anything at all they just blamed the waiters but wouldn't do anything about it. After missing the first 1/2 hour of the game we asked to speak to a manager. The manager claimed he would be right back and be able to seat us and apologized. After another 30 minutes he was still nowhere to be found. After missing the first 3 innings of the game we were finally seated. We ordered a couple of drinks and food and for the most part from there it was fine. Although they must have ran out of pint glasses as we received our craft beer in a plastic cup, but noticed other tables around us had pint glasses. However that was only mildly disappointing compared to the (lack of) customer service provided to a group that had a reservation. We were not the only people that had a problem this night, everybody that had a reservation had the same problem.
