Someone should have a chat with the front desk person at this location. Her name is Valerie Pond. She has a very poor demeanor and makes your customers feel like they are putting her out when they ask a question of her. She is the face of your business at this location and presents a very poor one. Someone should remind her that the customers walking in the door are the reason she has a job. Customer Service is an extremely important factor. The medical staff seems to have their act together and were both VERY kind and friendly.
