  • I'd been hearing rumors about a great new coffee place near my office, but hadn't made the time to check it out yet. This week, I finally made my way to Sense Appeal - and I'm kicking myself for not venturing over sooner. The space is gorgeous - very modern with high ceilings - but very small (best for take out). They have several kinds of espresso beans and I asked for a suggestion - the barista was so friendly and had asked me a lot of questions before making his selection for me - What kind of day was I having? Did I want a heartwarming coffee, or something energetic? He picked the perfect mix, made it quickly, and it was absolutely perfect. One coffee in and I've decided it's among the best in Toronto.
