  • I needed the collapsed sewage drain pipe on the house fixed. It was constantly backing up. Hip brought his camera and showed me exactly what was going on and his solution. He and his son dug up the collapsed pipe and installed a new one. Although he had contracted to do a jetting of the system, after he replaced the pipe, he saw there was no need to jet the lines. I would never have known this and he could have done it, but he is too honest and cost himself a few hundred dollars in fees, but he was more concerned with doing it right and making sure I was happy. He even returned with his camera a few weeks after the repair to make sure it was draining properly and not holding water,as it had before. If I could give an A+++ I would give it to Hip. The only downside for me is now a lot of other people will find him and It will be tougher to get an appointment !!!
