My first time at this location didn't go so well because I had ordered a ring that I've been wanting for so long and it just took too long to arrive. The sales lady did not bring to my attention that it would take more than 5 weeks for my ring to come. Luckily I was able to request for my pre-payment back because I was just so unhappy about that.
The second time I came here, I was set on the things I wanted to buy. I did my research prior to coming to the store because I wanted it to be a seamless transaction. And so it was. The sales lady that assisted me was surprised that it went so well and quick! She was helpful, friendly, and tipped me on upcoming in-store promotions, which had me all excited again. From that day, the service made up the bad initial experience.
