| - So...I went here when I started Vaping. I bought a Sigelli 100 watt and an Aspire atlantis tank from them. (By the way, it's an awesome box mod if you're looking for one) At first, I was delighted. Absolutely awesome customer service, amazing juice selection, and good people. Boy, is my review going to go south from here.
After buying the Atlantis from them, less than a week into owning the unit, I start getting this really weird taste, kind of like burnt rubber. No problem, right? I assume it's just a bad coil and swap it out. Same thing. Maybe I got a bad batch of coils? I make my way down to VapeCo and buy a new 5 pack of coils. I put the new coil in at the shop, fill and prime my tank, and the same thing happens.
Here's where they lost me. Instead of allowing me to return the 4 unused coils, they refuse to do so. After that, I inquire about returning the Atlantis (keep in mind, this was bought a week prior). They refer me to the manufacturer and say there is no problem with the unit. The owner then proceeds to pull out his Atlantis and says "look, this was from the same batch and I'm not having issues". At that point, they'd lost me as a customer. I've spent over $600 or so there in a very short time, needless to say, I won't be coming back.
Other reviews point to this place be similar to an Apple Store. If they were, they would have swapped the Atlantis for me right then and there and returned the 4 coils. Poor service in an oversaturated market. I'll be going to either Stella's Vape Shop or Vape Street from now on.
