  • The way this AA Auto center handled their customer service and car was such a great experience! So many little car centers in N Las Vegas, but the reviews are so skewed it's tough to tell whether one is a good value for what you pay (trustworthy, dependable, not scammy, and quick). Before I went in I made sure to call so I could get an even gauge on the people that worked here. I had a coupon advertising their synthetic oil changes and with the price advertised I called to see whether they would honor it. Tomas answered and was friendly and informative, no appointments could be made but if I came in the next few minutes there would be no wait. Yes, the coupon would be honored. Wouldn't take long, I could be in and out in 35 minutes. WOW. I got there 45 minutes later. No wait! I checked in and left my keys with Steve, he directed me to the customer lounge at the end where I waited for not more than 20 minutes (probably less) before Henry came out and asked if I'd be interested in seeing the underside of my car because I probably hadn't before. He was right. He showed me how I had no leaks, car is in great condition, etc. and then I asked if my cabin air filter could be checked. He was already going to look at it, and sure enough when he got to it he showed me how filthy it was. I was glad to get it changed. They all handled my questions well with great answers and wanted to show me what they were doing to my car, and what they would charge me for. I got the "Trip Special" and a synthetic oil change. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Would I recommend them? HECK YES. I'm recommending them to everyone I know.
