  • I joined lifetime since when it first opened , it's a nice facility and has great equipment. Management is awful, arrogant and unprofessional. I participated in some of their programs at the gym where you are given a trainer to work with you to achieve your goals over a 90 day time period, they took my money and never even gave me a trainer. When you try and complain to the head trainer or location manager, they are too arrogant to give you a sincere apology. Facility is great but i'm paying over $100 a month I expect professionalism from the staff, this alone is reason for me leave. Their restaurant is not that great either, unless you enjoy a burnt egg sandwich.
