  • Convenient and usually clean, BUT past two visits during the night have been awful. Waiting room sparsely populated, but only one doctor on staff for the entire ER for the entire night. Bed availability is limited due to limited staff. Outside of triage (which is usually quick), the waits are horrendous. Currently going on 4.5 hours with absolutely NO contact with any medical staff (patient pain level 9.5/10). No communication as to approx wait times (hard to tell, but when recent had been 4+ hrs, it might be nice to be informed of that - to make decision to change venue). Once seen, wait time again is hours as the one doctor has to approve treatment, med orders, discharge papers, etc. and everyone is waiting on a single point of contact. Save yourself additional pain and agony and go elsewhere.
