  • The first time I came here it was great - they groomed my chow chow beautifully and took out most of her winter coat. Thank you to Shaun! However came back a month ago and ask this time they trim her hair too because its summer. After dropping her off I get a call saying that my dogs hair is matted so they will trim her hair a bit more than I requested but it will be at least an inch long all around. Thought it was strange they call me but I agree though found it weird because her hair has never been matted. Come to pick her up which was faster than the 3 hours it took last time and was in disbelief!!! They shaved all of her hair besides her tail. I was so shocked. Im guessing the groomer who had her was incredibly lazy. No apology!! DO NOT RECOMMEND - now I have to wait half a year for her to look normal again.
