  • Made an appointment for an oil change, came in the next day was told there would be a 3 to 4 hour wait, Even after I told the guy behind the counter I made an appointment. They called me,( I gave them my number when I made the appointment) I call them back, was put on hold 2x, finally just hung up. So incompetent I did not even get a chance to rate the actual service.
