  • I found the company less than satisfactory in getting back to me on my request to propose on building a spa and pool. I finally talked to a manager (after leaving phone and email messages) who assured me that they would take care of me. Haven't heard back and it has been a week. I think I will do business with a company that is more dependable. If I ever do hear back from them I will update this review. 11-23-16 Update... I did talk with Owen (see his response comments below) who hooked me up with a designer who in the end was also not responsive. He did do a design. My last request was for pricing and I never heard back from him. I am slow sometimes but I got the message....so I moved on. I did find a couple of pool contractors that were very responsive with designs and pricing. I didn't have to call multiple times to get a response. I chose one of and am very happy with their performance and pricing. I don't have to continually remind them of anything. So if you are looking for a professional responsive pool contractor, they are out there. Don't give up.
