  • I've been to this office twice, the first time after I had discovered I was pregnant for confirmation, an exam, questions, etc. Overall it was a nice visit, the people at the front desk and the nurses were a little short with me but I take that kind of thing with a grain of salt. Overall, a good experience. That was about a month ago. The second time was a couple days ago for an ultrasound. I brought a couple of family members, because this is the first grand baby in the family and they wanted to, so why not? But the ultrasound lady was so incredibly rude! Kept completely silent during the whole thing, didn't answer any of my questions. Only let us hear the heartbeat for 2 seconds! I kept trying to be nice and friendly because I was nervous and I just wanted to lighten the mood but she just kept looking at me weird. I said "there's only one right?" (just a joke.) to which she rolled her eyes. I asked how ultrasounds work because it sorta baffles me and she didn't answer! I asked her if everything is normal and all she said was "the heartbeat is 146, that's good." I could tell she was judging just because I'm young. I then waited an hour just to see the doctor and have my blood drawn. Completely amazed by the lack of unprofessionalism and overall, a terrible experience. I definitely won't be coming back here, and I don't recommend it to anyone!
