I received a new iPhone 7 in the mail after my previous one had got stolen at the night club. Set up at home is supposed to be easy, right? ....Wrong, lol.
I couldn't get past the screen that had been asking me for a Two Factor Authentication code. I was on the phone with AT&T (using my roomie's cell) for about 30 minutes and that representative was no help at all. So I decided to come to this Apple Store.
I was immediately greeted by Ralph, a cool dude with a purple beard. Seriously. And without hesitation, he jumped right in to helping me. The issue was simple: I needed a strong wifi connection. Apparently my wifi at home was bugging out, thus not allowing me to get past that Two Factor Authentication code screen. (Damn you, Cox, and your "high speed" internet!) Anyways, I'm glad I had come in because Ralph made it quick and easy. Plus he was a super cool dude.
Thanks again, Ralph! You're awesome!
