  • It's sad that I have to give this place 1 star, as they deserve NO stars. If you care about your health & your time, DON'T go here! The doctor is NEVER there. They have no PA's or NP's here & that's strange for a WALK IN clinic. I guess if you just walk in, you better hope the doctor is in. I used to go here all the time for many years but NO MORE. Back in December I went here 3 times only to be told the doctor isn't there, she doesn't come in till later or she's supposed to be here, but isn't. When you take the bus, you can't just come back later as they suggest. So why is this place even open with no doctor, no PA's & no NP's? I needed to get my blood pressure medication & Dec. 12 was the last time I went there & the last straw. Of course, the doctor wasn't there. The receptionist told me she was making outside calls. Okay, I didn't know she made house calls but whatever. When I asked about that, the receptionist said, "It's really none of your business, but she has outside patients." Thank you, I could do without the attitude. She said they had made an appointment for me the Saturday before, which I never got contacted about, & she said the doctor was there that day. Yeah, right. They used to have some wonderful PA's there, but I guess they got smart & left. Bad for the patients though. I will never, ever go back to this joke of a clinic again & I tell everybody I know not to go there either.
